Haunted Train Set on eBay

The seller claims that a train set comprising of a American Flyer “S” Gauge Set 1959 -1960 is responsaible for his house being haunted.
“New house, new surprises, we start hearing sounds, sometimes noises, sometimes children voices; we would have the feeling of somebody passing through the other empty room, creepy things. I say we, because almost everybody had some sort of experience. At that time it was me, wife and two young sons along with my father that was staying for few weeks to help me out. Even he, the most skeptic person that I ever knew had his own. One night, he was sleeping on the library room when something got him awake. He looked towards the other side of the room just to see an old man, sited there, steering at him. As skeptical as he is, or was, he just though that it was better for him to go back to sleep and pretend that it wasn’t happening. Having him telling me this made me believe on supernatural. If he says he saw it, he saw it! We later found that the previous owner had his office set up on the library.
The first six months where the harder ones, after many experiences we even had priests coming to do their thing.”
