An airman has pleaded not guilty to allegations that he sold stolen military gear on the online auction site eBay.

Federal prosecutors say Air Force Sergeant Leonard Allen Schenk also tried to hire an undercover agent to kill a witness who agreed to testify against him in the case.

Schenk allegedly stole night-vision goggles, global positioning equipment, flight helmets and vests, among other military property.

Schenk’s trial is set for October.
