Shares of eBay Inc rose sharply in the first few hours of trading on Friday, and cooled into the afternoon action. The stock gained 3.47% by the closing bell, and finished off at $33.40. Shares have risen above the 50 day moving average with the day’s advance. The stock is near its highest point since the middle of May.
