I am glad eBay is coming out with new things. This company must show to the community that they are really there for them. Many users are unhappy about the hiking fees and they have to continue to make their site better for customers. That is the only way to keep existing users happy and attract new buyers and sellers. eBay might be facing another challenge - reverse auctions services. There is an increasingly larger number of sites (such as http://www.oltiby.com ) that offer this kind of service and could be a real test for eBay to convince people to use regular auctions instead of auctions where the buyers have the "say" over the price what they want to pay for their products. We’ll see.
