Software piracy suits filed against three eBay sellers

The suits were the first filed under the US Software and Information Industry Association’s new Auction Litigation Program.
An industry trade group on Tuesday filed three lawsuits against several sellers on online marketplace EBay, claiming the defendants knowingly sold pirated software.
