A New York man has been charged with grand larceny for an eBay comic book scam that cost his victim $10,000.
Gabriel Mitchell allegedly advertised a collection of rare Spider-Man comics on the Internet auction site and accepted a bid of $19,000 from Shawn Key of Manassas, N.Y., the New York Post reporte
