An animal rescue centre is selling a Queen Elizabeth royal menu from a Windsor Silver Jubilee banquet on the internet auction site Ebay as part lf its plan to raise running costs.

Swansea, said: “I found the menu among my late Father’s stuff - he was the Manager of a large Swansea Hotel. One of the staff he trained there had the ambition of working in the Royal Household.
