A Bosnian immigrant living in Nashville is among 14 eBay sellers sued by the Motion Picture Association of America for allegedly pirating copyrighted movies over the Internet.
The MPAA suits, filed in federal court in Los Angeles Wednesday, target online auctioneers who the association claims have been selling counterfeit DVDs of movies.
Among the titles at issue are Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, State of the Union, Ice Age, Toy Story, Sahara and A Beautiful Mind.
The civil suits seek an injunction against the activity and unspecified damages against the defendants, including Nashville resident Sead Pajazetovich, an eBay seller since December 2003 who goes by the user name KladUsa7.
