eBay’s payment service has lowered fees for qualified sellers in the UK. Currently UK PayPal fees vary from 3.4 percent plus 20p to 1.9 percent plus 20p, depending on the volume of payments received each month. PayPal said effective this week, sellers with an average monthly total payment volume over 6,000 pounds will be eligible for lower rates.
